Natalie Johnson Consulting does NOT accept refunds, on any digital products, including all e-books and content templates.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We also do not accept refunds for strategy sessions, webinars, group sessions, or any other live coaching/consulting scheduling. Account credits can be issued if approved.
